REFUND POLICY: Full refunds are available, upon request, on all subscription orders up to seven days from the date the order is received. After that time, a service charge of 10% of the full subscription price is retained by the CSO & Pops. No series package refunds are given after the first concert of the respective series. There are no refunds for single ticket purchases, service charges or processing fees.
